Eco System

Many butterflies that are seen in the US have either died out or have migrated to other climates. The type of butterflies that you would usually see in the US are now becoming rare such as the Monarch Butterfly, which is the most common and popular type. This past year or so I have rarely seen them and brought much curiosity to me. I decided to do research and noticed that Monarch Butterflies have migrated to other destinations and the butterflies from Virginia, Mexico many other European areas have come to the US. However due to the change in climate from Europe and the US they die out very quickly.

Facts of Eco System and Butterflies

• Butterflies act as pollinators which become a natural food source

• Butterflies life cycle can be altered due to climate change because of there sensitivity

• Eco System Restoration contributes to butterflies populations which increase plant diversity

• The longer the migration as of the Monarch Butterfly the more pollination will be distributed
