For this piece, our instructor asked us to choose both a movie and a famous painter for inspiration. I chose the
Sex and the City movie and the well-renowned painter Norman Rockwell. Norman Rockwell was famous for his
depictions of everyday life. I chose this scene of the Sex and the City cast out to lunch for their usual afternoon
gossip. I strived to emulate the style of Norman Rockwell in this portrayal of the Sex and the City movie.
